ISLAMABAD: Pakistan will retain its nuclear deterrence at all costs and the government will not compromise on PakistanÂ’s security interests, Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said in a statement on Saturday.
“We are determined to retain nuclear deterrence at all costs... No amount of coercion, direct or indirect, will ever force Pakistan to compromise on its core security interest,” he said.
"And they'll be safe, too, just ask the jinns." | He rejected reports in the international media regarding concerns over the safety of PakistanÂ’s nuclear weapons.
"Pshaw. Who are you going to believe, a bunch of filthy infidel reporters or me?" |
