#6  Church seems to have tried emulating Spears, Lohan, etc. Lost her audience & didn't get theirs.

#5  Haven't heard from Charlotte lately. I saw that she had a late-teen album that just from the cover looked terrible. Is she done? Too bad.

#4  A peculiar thing is that she is Scottish, not Welsh. The Welsh produce renowned singers, and the better ones are spellbinding, even if you are unfamiliar with the song.

A good example was the young Charlotte Church, who even amazed the Welsh with the beauty of her voice. She was also held up as a symbol of religious purity, that went right out the window when she became an adult.

#3  She was obviously nervous at the beginning, but once she settled into the song her beautiful voice captured hearts all over again.

She said she wants to win so she'll have a chance to sing in front of the Queen. If the Queen's got any sense, she'll have Susan booked for a performance (after the show ends, of course) no matter who the final winner (s?) of the show is (are?).

Bookmakers in England are all saying Susan will win the show.

No matter what happens, she's a winner in the hearts and minds of millions. And you can bet Simon Cowell will have her under contract as soon as the show's over (assuming he can't do it before).

Good for her!

#2  Not bad, but not particularly good. As the song (in 'Gypsy') says "Ya gotta have a gimmick," and hers is her looks. She cultivates that look as much as Spears et al do theirs.

#1  Still humble, and my pick. Don't follow these shows much but she sure made her first impression count. A beautiful woman.
