| President Barack Obama is set to sign into law an anti-smoking bill that will give the Food and Drug Administration unprecedented authority to regulate tobacco. Wonder if he'll celebrate this expansion of federal bureaucracy by having a smoke? |

| #8 This is just great. Give the "failed" FDA more work to do when it does not do the work it already has, such as the safety of our food & medications. Gallup poll says 52% of the electorate opposed this bill, no matter. Mindless. |
