2009-08-15
[Kyodo: Korea] South Korean President Lee Myung Bak will announce Saturday a plan to offer massive aid to North Korea if it abandons its nuclear ambitions, his office said Friday in a press release. The plan will be contained in a speech to commemorate the 64th anniversary of liberation from the Japanese colonial rule, which lasted from 1910 to 1945.

#1  ION WMF > VARIOUS Artics > NORTH KOREA'S NUCLEAR BLACKMAIL TURNS STEADILY AGZ CHINA. Iff the USA can change its NucDiplom Strategeery agz NOKOR, the latter's FOREIGN POLICY can also be easily adjusted. NOKOR CAN A POWERFUL "FIRM ANTI-CHIN/BEIJING FORTRESS FOR AMERICA IN ASIA", iff the USA plays its cards correctly. NOKOR"S NUCS reflects its REGIONAL FEARS ala TOKYO + BEIJING.

* SAME > WORST POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCES FOR NORTH KOREA AND CHINA: NORTH KOREA TO USE NUCLEAR BOMBS AGZ CHINA: + MYSTERY: KIM JONG-IL SPEECH RANTS NOT ONLY AGZ USA [UNO-led Econ Sanctions] BUT STRANGELY ALSO AGZ CHINA [Poor-Negative domestic impact ala Nokor]???
