Fresh violence claims three lives in Quetta |

[Dawn] At least three people, including a doctor have been killed in Balochistan's capital city, Quetta. Police officials say the cases appear to be that of target killings. The three people were killed in different incidents in the city. In the first incident, unknown gunmen opened fire on three people on Sirki road, leaving two people dead, said police. The dead bodies were taken to Bolan Medical Complex Hospital for post-mortem. In another incident, some unknown assailants shot and killed a doctor at the Fatima Jinnah Road while he was driving in his car. According to police he received multiple bullet wounds to his chest. |
