#5 WMF > "BIG STICK, SMALL RADISHES": US DESIRES LOCAL ALLIES TO HAVE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY FOR REGIONAL STABILITY. MAHARUSHIE LIMBAUGH-IAN QUESTIONNE' OF THE DAY > WILL AMER'S ALLIES, MODERATES, + NON-ALIGNED [NAM Movement] LIKE THE US APPROACH, i.e. they pay more of the $$$, NOT the USA??? |

#3 Note = admin is divided. Mullen is for giving McCrystal what he wants. Gates seems to be, with less enthusiasm. Hillary seems to pushing hard against Biden, who is only one named as being clearly for a significant drawdown. Jones has managed to keep his leaning completely under wraps. |

#1 He's folding. Now, every country in the world knows that the US cannot win a war. Potential allies and foes alike know that we will retreat. We have the means but not the will. The public is with him on this and we can't sustain a war in a democracy without the support of the people. I grieve for our children. |
