Scozzafava urges supporters to vote for the Dem

#12  Just remember, Old Spook, the only real consequence a reporter might face in these degenerate times is downsizing in response to declining readership in response to the reporter's shoddy work. That's not direct enough nor quick enough to impact behaviour.

On a separate note, here's a small bottle of Deacon Blues' Devil's Toejam hot sauce, and a depleted uranium plate and fork to eat your words with. Also a glass of milk and some buttered bread to offset the heat... you won't be able to taste the good Scotch until considerably later anyway.

#11  Looks like I was wrong - Scozzafave is a dirtbag after all. Hand me the fork and the hot sauce so I can eat my words.

#10  when your option is to put "Ore-Ida" in glitter on your dress, it's hard

#9  NS, I think Arlen in drag would be much more attractive than Scuzzy. Girl can't accessorize to save her life.

#8  They're certainly running it like it is real, statement from the scuzzy campaign etc. Face it, She's Arlen in drag. So are most of the NE trunk rinos. This is a good lesson to the few left.

#7  nope - see my posted update. She was a lying scumbag and the local-head GOP fools that voted for her should be drummed out in shame

#6  Same source is now saying Scozzafava has officially endorsed Owens.

Still think it's a lie?

#5  This appears to be shaping up as a Dem/Lib writer trying to throw a hit-piece to affect the election. Its apparently a lie, and the writer is couting on the controversy to help Owens, and that after the election it will not matter either way.

Writer expects no consequences for spreading lies and being dishonest. Liberal ethics: ends justify the means.

I say people should impose consequences on this scumbag writer and the editor if things are as confirmed about this writer falsifying the story.

#3  During the day Saturday, she began to quietly and thoughtfully encourage her supporters to vote for Democrat William L. Owens

I lean toward believing this is true, based on her admitted ideology if nothing else.

#2  That won't work (whether true or not) since most of the remaining support she did have was among stalwart Republicans. Now they will vote for the conservative.

#1  During the day Saturday, she began to quietly and thoughtfully encourage her supporters to vote for Democrat William L. Owens.

I see no direct quotes verifying this - her quote was that she was releasing her supporters. It looks like the Watertown Daily Times is making shit up and backing Owens (although it wouldn't surprise me if the RINO did back teh Dem)
