[Dawn] The Special Investigation Unit arrested an alleged commander of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan from Orangi Town in Karachi on Monday, DawnNews reported. According to the SIU officials, the arrested Hayatullah Hamyo was one of the TTP commanders in Swat.
Police sources told DawnNews that the alleged militant had been working for PTCL (Pakistan Telecommucation Company Limited) and maintained a low profile.
