| Norks, Rooskies Discuss Nukes |

| Senior government officials of North Korea and Russia held talks in Moscow to discuss issues regarding the resumption of the stalled six-party nuclear talks. During a bilateral meeting on Thursday, visiting North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Goong Seok-woong and Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Borodavkin exchanged views on issues of mutual concern, with particular attention on Pyongyang's nuclear program. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Nesterenko said the two officials also focused on improving bilateral ties as well as expanding political and economic exchanges. |
