A roadside bomb struck a bus in western Afghanistan, killing at least 1 civilian and wounding 10 others, the govt said. The bomb went off as the civilian bus drove over the device in the Pushtrod district of Farah province on Saturday morning, the Interior Ministry said in a statement. "The mine was planted by the enemies of Afghanistan on a public road," the statement said, without identifying a specific group.
No group, including the Taliban, has claimed responsibility for the attack in the remote Afghan province, bordering Iran.
