MINGORA: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a local leader of the Awami National Party (ANP) in the Kabal tehsil of Swat. It was learnt that ANP leader, Riaz was gunned down in the Manja Delvi area of the tehsil. Recently, there has been a consistent rise in the number of targeted killings in Swat.
