#10  Reminds me of electric socks I had with a built in toe warming strip. It was connected to a battery pack worn on the belt. Would be a neat idea to have foot warming electric shoes, but those small batteries probably wouldn't last long in such an application.

#8  If you look at the picture, you'll notice an LED in the heel.
I've seen kids flashing their way through Wal Mart weaing these super annoying shoes, every step is a flash of coherent light and can not be seen by the wearer.
I class these as "Deliberate Fuck you" signals similar to sideways Ball caps, I've no doubt he's the result of some shoe salesmans practical joke.
Take the shoes and destroy them, Let the fool go.

#2  Assuming that "massage shoes" are a real commercial product, I doubt that two AAA batteries are not going to provide the juice for much of a massage.
