MMR doctor struck from register |

The doctor who first suggested a link between MMR vaccinations and autism is to be struck off the medical register. The General Medical Council found Dr Andrew Wakefield guilty of serious professional misconduct over the way he carried out his controversial research. It follows a GMC ruling earlier this year that he had acted unethically. |

#4 I'm sorry to say that this guy has been practicing here in Austin for several years. And has been going on and on about ways to treat these autistic kids with diet and what not. I read an article about him while at a kids birthday party, paying small children money for a sample of their blood. |
