| #4 The autopsy was said to be "inconclusive". This sounds too much like a euphemism to spare the family. No reason to make a tragedy worse. |

| #3 There is more to this story. A few possibles come to mind, such as an invisible, but bad reaction to medication, such as liver damage. Possibly concealed by PTSD. Then she may have accidentally or intentionally overdosed, or mixed it with alcohol. Then again, in some cases PTSD itself leads to organ stress and damage. Whoever does the autopsy is going to have their work cut out for them. |
