| Obama: Insulting, Cynical Coward |

| Profiles in Courage, part 247. Adding to the political problem for Democrats were the mixed messages out of the White House. Message seems pretty clear to me: I am the American Arafat, a weasel who speaks in one voice to the berserkers of the muslim world and in another, opposite voice to the American public. Obama's comments Friday night -- at an Iftar dinner at the White House marking the start of Ramadan -- were widely reported as offering support for the specific mosque project in question near ground zero. But on Saturday, Obama seemed to contradict himself, telling reporters at one point, "I was not commenting and I will not comment on the wisdom of making the decision to put a mosque there." He is large, he contains multitudes. He makes the seas recede and stomachs churn. He is The One, the maker of cringes. |

| #4 Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Zahar said Muslims 'have to build everywhere' so that followers can pray, just like Christians and Jews build their places of worship. Except that Hamas has been deemed a terrorist group and Hamas is also islamic in their beliefs. Islam is antithetical to our culture and country: 1. they do not distinguish between religion and state, 2. ...there is abundant scriptural compulsion toward and approbation of, terrorism, beheadings, limb-severing, stoning, slavery, etc. (Andrew McCarthy, "The Grand Jihad: How Islam and the Left Sabotage America" Prosecuted the blind sheik for the 1993 WTC bombings), accepts lying in the name of the religion, is subversive and devious in its attempts to implant sharia law in other countries. |
