We can not talk of jihad on Islamic land if the mujahideen are not under the authority and responsibility of the country.
For Sheikh Ferkous, the various jihadi groups have no legality if they are not under the authority of leaders and rulers of the country, citing El Ajeri who warned of Khawaridj currents.
Does Hamas count as a government or a jihadi group? What about Hizb'allah in Lebanon, sworn to Iran's mullahcracy? Or the Afghan Taliban, in the service of Pakistan's ISI? Requiring a responsible governmental authority raises all sorts of interesting questions. | Jihad, he says, is broader than the fight because it involves the physical sacrifice, the sacrifice of property and all we possess. Fight the disbelievers requires that conditions be met, faith, and material resources under the authority of a guardian (the leaders). For Sheikh Ferkous, not respecting the authority of leadership is the cause of serious conflicts between Mohammedans. The result: bloodshed, loss of rights and loss of stability and security in the country.
That is why Mohammedans are weak and have become a prey to all their enemies.
