Coahuila: Mexican Army Rescues 14 Abductees
2010-10-07

A detachment of the Mexican Army rescued 14 unidentified kidnap victims near Torreon, Coahuila Monday, say Mexican news accounts.

The patrol rode up on a Ford Expedition stopped on the San Pedro-La Cuchilla road near the San Miguel ejido when soldiers heard the cries of the occupants inside.

Nine men and five women, all handcuffed and blindfolded and bound with tape with visible wounds from beatings, were released following medical treatment.

The victims were from various municipalities (counties) in Coahuila.

#5  I always wished I could go one-on-one with Don Rickles. He would have prevailed in the end, of course, but it would have been a hoot while it lasted. :-D

#4  While my friends were getting Bill Cosby records for Christmas, I asked for a Don Rickles recording.

Timeless comedy.

#3  Re: Los Comics: Don Rickles (very un-pc even for the time) yells at a lady in the Las Vegas nightclub audience: "I see you have a Mexican boyfriend...no problem...after nine minths a taco will fall out."
