| 3 hurt in second IAF strike on Gaza in 24 hours, Palestinians say |

| [Haaretz] Israeli aircraft struck a car traveling south of Gazoo City late Thursday afternoon, wounding three people, Paleostinian medical officials and witnesses said. According to Paleostinian witnesses, the Golf car was hit by one missile. Medical officials confirmed the three people injured in the strike were taken to a hospital in the centre of the Gazoo Strip. The report was not confirmed by the Israel Defense Forces. The reported strike came hours after Israeli aircraft hit targets belonging to Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, in an overnight raid on the enclave. The Israeli raids were in retaliation for rocket attacks that had been launched from the salient on southern Israel, causing no injuries. According to the Israeli military front man's office, a total of 165 rockets and mortars have been launched from the Gazoo Strip at Israel so far this year. |
