Forty Taliban-linked Afghans arrested in Pakistan |

(KUNA) -- About forty Afghan nationals were jugged by Pak law-enforcement agencies for alleged links with Taliban, said sources. The arrests were made in Southwestern Baluchistan province. The Law-Enforcement Agencies (LEA) sources told KUNA that acting on a tip-off, a joint team of police and LEA raided Kachlik area, located in the suburb of lovely provincial capital Quetta. About forty Afghan nationals were jugged for their possible links with Talibs. Another police source said that the Afghan nationals were staying without proper travel documents and that they are accused to giving refuge to Talibs. Police said that the Afghans were being interrogated. |
