Hizbullah Slams Ghajar Withdrawal as Israeli, UN 'Ploy'
2010-11-22
[An Nahar] Head of Hizbullah's Loyalty to the Resistance
That'd be the Hezbullies, natch...
bloc MP Mohammed Raad on Sunday slammed Israeli plans to withdraw from the Lebanese border town of Ghajar as an Israeli and a U.N. "ploy."

"What the Israeli enemy is doing in collaboration with the United Nations, aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society and its Secretary-General is a maneuver and a ploy by both the enemy and its masters in the Security Council," Raad said during a memorial service in Iqlim al-Tuffah.

He said the ploy aimed to show that Israel, through a U.N. resolution, "had withdrawn completely from Lebanese territory."

"We believe this withdrawal is incomplete because it does not restore Leb's illusory sovereignty," Raad said, adding that the Resistance is committed to the full illusory sovereignty over the entire northern part of Ghajar as well as Kfar Shouba Hills and Shabaa Farms.

On the false witnesses' issue, Raad accused those who do not want to settle this problem of "crippling" the Government.

"The opposition did well when it put the false witnesses' issue as a first item on the agenda of any Cabinet meeting," he stressed.

Raad reiterated that Hizbullah will not allow anyone to distort the Resistance image.
