| [El Universal] Jorge Dezcallar, the then Spanish Ambassador in Washington, recounted a long interview with President Hugo Chavez several years ago in which he requested the extradition of six ETA members. When he got out of the meeting, he learnt that Chavez stalled for enough time to let the ETA members escape from detention. |
