| Hizbul Islam (party of Islam) of Somalia, having lost several dozen battles with Al Shabaab (The [Islamic] Youth Movement). Per former Hizbul Islam spokesterrorist, Mohamed Osman Arus, "We, the Islamic party, have decided to join Al Shabaab..." Apparently Al Shabaab didn't think it worth a public affairs appearance; perhaps there aren't many Hizbul Islam fighters left. |
