| Pakistan Suicide Attack Leaves Four Dead |

| [Tolo News] At least four people including three coppers were killed and 11 others were maimed in a suicide kaboom in Pakistain, local media sources said Monday. The jacket wallah who is believed to be a teenager targeted a police van in the attack. Officials said the van was on its routine patrol on outskirts of Beautiful Downtown Peshawar when it came under attack. Pak Taliban has grabbed credit for the attack. The four dead in the incident included three coppers and a civilian passerby. The maimed were immediately taken to a nearby hospital. Pakistain in particular northwestern Peshawar has recently been the scene of a series of deadly attacks that have claimed lives of scores of people. Pakistain has long been criticised by international community for providing haven to the Taliban and al-Qaeda linked jihad boys. After the Taliban regime was tossed in Afghanistan in a US-led attack in 2001, Taliban and al-Qaeda linked cut-throats beat feet to Pakistain and built sanctuaries. White House officials believe that snuffies operating in Pakistain pose an extremely huge threat to peace and stability in Afghanistan. |
