#1 About a year and a half after 9/11 I was still in the habit of carrying a pocketknife everywhere, and forgot to leave it in my car before flying. At security I accidentally dropped it in the bowl with my keys and change without thinking. Didn't notice or remember until it slipped away on the conveyor, decided my best plan of action was to play dumb. The "security" people didn't even notice! I nonchalantly picked up my knife on the other side of the x-ray machine and continued on my flight, secure in the knowledge that if terrorists tried anything at least I would have a blade to defend with. TSA is a joke, simply "Security Theater(tm)" at best. |
