Chicago election catapults Rahm Emanuel into mayors office |

[Arab News] The new mayor of Chicago used to work in the White House. Rahm Emanuel, the former White House chief of staff and Democratic strategist won a hard-fought battle to become Chicago's 55th mayor, succeeding incumbent Richard M. Daley, who announced in September he would step down at the end of his term. |

#7 As I told hubby yesterday, get ready for it, we're going to be living under "Governor Rahm." OH NO! I didn't think about that. We're still too young to retire & move. And this asshole said a couple of years ago he would like to dissolve the collar counties and roll us all under Cook. We're Ef'd and I just read IL sold bonds 2% higher than what they wanted. |
