Most likely via dedic Terror strike(s) within France, given that Muammar has also threatened to join AL-QAIDA in "HOLY WAR" iff the West attacks Libya - he brought up the Cold War + images of Algiers, Vietnam as proof that Libyuh will strike back agz the West. |
