| #5 The US Constitution + other Fed laws apply only to US Citizens, legal Permanent Residents, + other US Nationals, and AFAIK there has yet been no formal US national electoral vote nor any proposed US Constitutional amendment, etc. to apply same to all non-US, AS PER SO-CALLED "GLOBALISM".
