| #6 KIMMIE + DPRK = NOT IRAN in not having Hezbollah + simil MilTerr Groups, Movements to control + use as PDeniable Proxies agz foreign countries - what he has is CHINA-VS-USA [Other?] REGIONAL, INTERNATIONAL NUCLEAR "BRINKMANSHIP". KIMMIE + DRPK = IRAN in preferring to stay on the Media, Diplomatic etc. defensive, + letting THIRD-PARTY STATES be in the forefront of any China-vs-USA confrontation + INITIAL mil combat. Once again, as per DPRK-specific NucProgs [includ other indigenous Advanced Miltechs], Kimmie + DPRK won't risk being seen by overlord China as "TOO SUCCESSFUL" in any New or Improved MilTechs includ Nukes. |
