| Massive Demonstrations In Yemen Capital as Unrest Continues to Escalate |

| [Yemen Post] Hundreds of thousands of Yemeni men and women demonstrated across Yemen's capital Sana'a on Wednesday to urge the people who have not joined the popular uprising in the squares of change and freedom to leave their silence and contribute to starting a new civil country. The protesters marched in the streets chanting slogans such as: Come out, those who are still in their shops, President-for-Life Saleh ... exemplifying the Arab's propensity to combine brutality with incompetence... is leaving, and they came back to the square of change outside Sana'a University. They also rolled their eyes, jumped up and down, and hollered poorly rhymed slogans real loud demanding the resignation of Saleh and opening trials for those who attack the antigovernment protesters. They also carried banners written on them Arabic and English slogans and phrases as well as the photos of the protesters who were killed while at protests and sit-ins to call for the resignation of President Saleh. Some of the banners also urged to try the killers of the antigovernment protesters across the republic. Riot police were dispatched in large numbers but no violence occurred.
