#2  DSK may or may not consider himself Jewish.

His father was Jewish (Ashkanaz). His mother considered herself Catholic. Under normalistic Jewish law, that would make him Catholic.

However, his mother came from a family that had Jewish ancestry also (Sephardic).

Seems to be a slimeball in any case.

If he had been a Muslim, under Sharia law, there would be no case. There's that pesky rule you need male witnesses to the crime.
