| Live military maneuver in Diala |

| DIALA / Aswat al-Iraq: Head of the Security Commission in Diala Provincial Council announced today that Diala Operations Command implemented a military maneuver for all types of military and police forces with live ammunition, with the participation of army air force. Muthana Al-Timimi told Aswat al-Iraq the maneuver was made in Miqdadiyah area, 45 km northeast of Baaquba, with all forces participation, in addition to artillery forces. "The maneuver proved the ability of the Iraqi forces to control all areas of Diala, which were described as "hot". Baaquba, center of Diala province, lies 57 km northeast of the capital, Baghdad. |
