#4 I was raised on a maxim from either WWII or the Depression. While it was never explicitly drilled into me, it sure took root. "Use it up, wear it out; make it do, or do without." Parents went through both of those "events" and they were shaped by the experiences and passed on frugality to me in spades. |

#1 Great Website Besoeker. Reminds me of my older brother, my dad and grandfather watching old westerns and sports together - my old man and grandpa wore those kinds of dress hats a lot. Those guys had the style. |
