| [Tolo News] Gulab Shah Khan, first district police chief and three other coppers were killed in festivities with two Talibs in southern Kandahar on Wednesday, local officials said. The incident happened at 09:30 am local time when Afghan forces launched an operation to capture two Talibs in a home in Ghargai area of first district of Kandahar, local officials said.
