| IDF ups troops in South after 'concrete' terror warning |

| IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen Benny Gantz ordered the bolstering of IDF forces near the southern Gaza Strip and along Israel's border with Egypt, because of a "concrete warning" that Islamic Jihad is planning a terror attack in the region. The IDF Spokesman's Office said that details of the warning were transferred to Egyptian authorities. The order came almost two weeks after eight people were killed in a three-stage terrorist attack along IsraelÂ’s border with Egypt. |
