| #4 I'd say Shiite-majority Iraq is simply siding with the non-Sunni Alawite regime in Syria. Not exactly a surprise. |

| #2 IraqÂ’s stance has dealt an embarrassing setback to the Obama administration, which has sought to enlist Muslim allies in its campaign to isolate Syrian autocrat Bashar al-Assad. This is the WaPo. Seems to be slipping a bit, in their support of The One. You can also get past the ads by going to the print version, I think. |
