| #1 I read the account, and the security & chain-of-custody on the way outside of the U.S. up until delivery at Iraq's central bank seemed fine. What the Iraqis did with the money from there, who knows. But according to the article, the money came from Saddam's frozen assets and Iraq oil profits in the first place, so it's Iraq's to waste as they please... |
