Lawyer: ISI fear forces Haqqani to stay at PM House |

Former Ambassador to the US Hussain Haqqani’s lawyer said that Haqqani was currently living at the Prime Minister’s House due to fear of the intelligence agencies. She said that Haqqani was afraid that he would be forced by ISI into giving a statement. Moreover, she claimed that the Supreme Court’s decision on the Memogate petition was a victory for the country’s establishment. She added that the law was being used to transform the country into a ‘security state’. |
