A Haqqani network leader was captured in central Wardak province on Saturday, Isaf said.The leader named Sayf-ul-Rahman was accused of launching several attacks on US troops and killing civilians in the country, Isaf said in a statement. Two of his comrades were also held during the operation in Sayed Abad district in Wardak province, it said.
