![]() Olbermann's lawsuit claims he was "enticed to leave MSNBC and come to Current with promise of editorial control, freedom from corporate influence and the professional support to produce a high-caliber political commentary show of the type his viewers have come to expect." |

#13 My favorite line from the brief: "Keith Olbermann was disheartened to discover Al Gore, Joel Hyatt and the management of Current are no more than dilettantes portraying entertainment industry executives." (bold added) Olby should know dilettantes - he's a dilettante playing a human being (quite badly). |

#11 Ya think this guy's full of himself? I think I see Keith's alleged 'breach of implied covenant of good faith' - the studio wasn't big enough for him and his ego... |

#5 unless that 'editorial control, freedom from corporate influence and professional support' stuff was in the written contract and defined to some extent, Olbermann's case is pretty thin gruel |

#4 Kinda makes you nostalgic for the old trial by combat, fight to the death days. Maybe a pay-per-view event? Olbermann could finally get some decent ratings. |
