| #3 Wrong response by someone frustrated at the abandonment of the state to fulfill its duties. If the government did their job of securing the border, these people would still be alive. They'll expend far more resources tracking down the miscreant who did this than they did enforcing the borders, not because it is in itself a hideous act, but because the act strikes at the very heart of the legitimacy of a government that has consciously forfeited its duty. |
