Former Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi extradited |

[Iran Press TV] Former Libyan Prime Minister Baghdadi al-Mahmoudi has been extradited to Tripoli, months after being arrested in Tunisia. The Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) confirmed that Mahmoudi had arrived in Libya earlier in the day and was in prison under the supervision of the ministry of justice and the judiciary police. "The Libyan government reiterates that the accused will receive good treatment in accordance with the teachings of our righteous religion and according to international standards of human rights," current Libyan Prime Minister Abdel Rahim al-Kib said. |
