Prince Bandar named Saudi intelligence chief

#3  They have "royal decrees" we have Executive Orders. Must have been a "royal decree" similiar to the one that flew Bandar's family and entourage out of the US just hours after 9/11.... when everyone else was grounded.

Nicely done Bandar, you've come a long way since Fort Rucker. The grooming continues.
