[Dawn] Suspected Orcs and similar vermin attacked a police post in Sheikhan area in the limits of Badhber cop shoppe on Monday morning.An official said that Orcs and similar vermin opened firing on the post with light and heavy weapons from different directions but police had also taken cover after receiving some tips from their informers.
The attack, he said, was carried out from tribal area but the attackers came so close to the post that they could use light weapons.

The official said that it was not the first attack of its kind. He said that police had repulsed many such attacks in the recent past.
