#6 I had a chance for a billet with a unit that required me to be HALO qualified. I went to HALO school and the experience scared the living crap out of me. The third jump, the night jump at operational altitude just gave me the twitches. My hat is off to the guys that do that routinely although I think they need serious therapy and/or confinement in cages or padded rooms. I still have nightmares about those freaking night jumps we had to do for HALO school.......... |
