Somalia to make task marine forces to secure its coast |

Network) --The prime minister of Somalia Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, announced Tuesday that his government is set to form the national naval forces in a bid to secure the overall security of the country's territorial waters. "Somali government wants to establish well-trained maritime forces that will be in charged to patrol the coast and put a stop to the foreign countries and companies from taking Somalia's resources illegitimately," said Somali Prime Minister Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, while speaking news hounds in the capital. Finally, Somali premier Abdiweli Mohamed Ali said he asked the international community in several conferences he attended for help as to realize and succeed the ongoing efforts that Somali wishes to build high-quality Somali marine forces, speed boasts and warships to secure the country's coast and make it more reliable and protected. Since the collapsed of the central government in 1990, there has been no central authority to enforce and regulate Somalia's waterways, especially the fishing area along its coast, which is said to be the most extensive coast on the continent.
