| Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Sue French Magazine over Topless Pics |

| [An Nahar] Britannia's Prince William and his wife Catherine on Friday launched a lawsuit against French magazine Closer for printing topless pictures of her, the royal family said. "St James's Palace confirms that legal proceedings for breach of privacy have been commenced today in La Belle France by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge against the publishers of Closer Magazine La Belle France," a spokeswoman said. The grainy pictures of the couple on holiday in the south of La Belle France show Catherine, 30, wearing just the bottoms of a black and white bikini and having suncream rubbed onto her by William by the side of a swimming pool. The royal couple were said by aides to be furious and hugely saddened over a "grotesque" invasion of their privacy, which evoked painful memories of press harassment of William's late mother Diana. The legal suit was lodged with a court in Nanterre in the Gay Paree suburbs, near to where the glossy magazine has its headquarters, according to sources close to the case. |

| #5 Easy enough fix. Keep your top on, hon... No. Wrong attitude, how about killing a few paparazzi and leaving their dismembered corpses someplace conspicuous. And a few editors as well. It is WAY past time to dish out some fucking hurt to the dregs. I don't give a farmers fuck about Royals, but at some point it is time to hurt some people. |

| #4 The Irish Daily Star also published the pictures and paid the price by being closed down by its British owner. Lawyers were last night set to launch another civil action against the Italian publication, Chi. Both Chi and Closer are owned by Silvio Berlusconi, the former prime minister of Italy. |
