2012-09-18
[Al Ahram] Supreme State Security Prosecution received a legal complaint from both lawyer Mamdouh Ramzi, the deputy head of Reform and Development Party, and lawyer Tharwat Bakheet accusing Sheikh Abu Eslam Ahmed Abdullah, the owner of the Islamic TV Channel (al-Omah) and The first niqabi-only TV channel (Mariya). The two attorneys accuse Abdullah of disdaining Christianity and burning the holy Bible in front of the US Embassy in Cairo last Saturday during the protests against anti-Islam film which denigrates the Prophet Mohamed.
