| #6 First time I visited Hearst Castle in San Simeon, CA I thought it was gonna be boring. But it was actually pretty interesting. Went back four times. Old Man Hearst's wife preferred to stay back East and would never join him there. That was kinda like an open invitation to Marion Davies. |

| #5 Awkchewallee, she was a rather interesting person who genuinely loved old-weird Hearst (after starting out as a gold-digger, by her own admission). She was also a stutterer, of all things -- which couldn't have helped when the talkies arrived. |

| #3 Also, Hearst bought her a castle in Wales, St. Donat's near Llwent Major, and she stayed there a total of 5 nights. Its now Atlantic College, part of United World Colleges. |
