#2  Interesting timing of the release, 17 Oct. Appears to, by inference, highlight the "optimal" capability and reach which allegedly does not exist. Could we have a bit more on the capabilities which in fact, do exist ?

Note to planners: Keep in mind you'll not get a great deal of cooperation from Mugabe or Zuma. White faces aren't generally listened to by these lads. Yes, you remember Mugabe and Zuma. They are the single majority party, democratically elected gents that the west has helped fund and install over the past few decades. Weaver birds home to roost ?
