| [UNEP.ORG] Mr. Ban noted that there are several threats to this ecosystem as urbanization and large-scale agriculture can exacerbate the rate of forest and biodiversity loss. Under the terms of his contract he's not allowed to say anything that's not drivel. PJ O'Rourke once noted that if humanity was willing to live with a population density equal to that of Manhattan, we'd all fit into a space the size of the former Yugoslavia. Which would be what we'd deserve... |
